In a dramatic game, Chivas de Guadalajara overcomes the bad result they had at the first game which gave more chances to U de Chile for the second round. Despite the first result finishing in a 1-1 tie, Chivas was able to score two goals and keep a clean sheet to earn the ticket to the final.
